Return Policy

AURÉA Return Policy

At AURÉA, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items returned between 15–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions.


Refunds (0–14 Days)

  • Approved domestic returns within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Domestic Returns (US):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Return shipping typically costs $5-10 via USPS

International Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs vary by country (typically $15-30)
  • We recommend using a trackable international shipping method
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties on returns

International Return Timing and Specifics:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Original customs forms should be included if possible
  • Refunds will be issued in USD as a store credit
  • Currency conversion fees are non-refundable
  • International shipping fees are non-refundable

Store Credit (15–30 Days)

  • Domestic returns requested between 15–30 days will receive store credit only.

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit amount.

  • Store credit is issued via email and does not expire.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurea.stylewith your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email:
support@aurea.style

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.


Additional Notes

  • AURÉA is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

  • Returns that do not comply with our policy may be rejected or returned to the sender.
