At AURÉA, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items returned between 15–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

With all original tags and packaging attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions.

Approved domestic returns within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment method.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Original customs forms should be included if possible
- Refunds will be issued in USD as a store credit
- Currency conversion fees are non-refundable
- International shipping fees are non-refundable
